01 // Discovery Call

First, we have a friendly 15-30 minute chat to get to know each other and figure out how I can best help you with your bookkeeping. We'll talk about your business, any money questions you have, and what your dreams of want to achieve. If we feel we are a good fit for each other, I'll give you a clear and easy-to-understand quote that shows exactly what I'll do and how much it will cost. No surprises, just honest and open communication!

02 // Onboarding

First, we’ll make it official by signing your contract and making the first payment. Then, I will set you up in the apps I use (don’t worry, I am there to help every step of the way) and have you give me access to any platforms you are using. After that, we'll conduct a 60-minute 1:1 deep dive into your business to get organized and make a plan for the future. Once I have all I need, I'll dive into your bookkeeping! You probably won’t hear from me much now until I have my list of questions prepared for you.

03 // First Reports

After you get your first reports in your inbox, we'll chat again to review everything so you feel comfortable and informed.

This is where I will explain what all the reports are and what all the numbers mean in a simplified way that is easy to understand.

You get to ask me questions, and I will give you tips and advice on your next steps.
